Oxytocin receptor (OTR) plays critical roles in social behavior development. Despite its significance, brain-wide quantitative understanding of OTR expression remains limited in postnatally developing brains. Here, we use serial two-photon tomography to image OTR reporter (OTR-Venus knock-in, OTR-eGFP BAC transgenic, and OTR-Cre:Ai14) in postnatally developmental periods at P7, P14, P21, P28, and P56. These datasets provide resource to examine fine details of OTR expression in postnatally developing mouse brains.
